HER2 Low Training Module

Accurate assessment of HER2 has become increasingly important as targeted therapies can now be offered to certain patients whose tumours are categorised as HER2 Low.

This HER2 Low Training Module, allows you to train and test your HER2 assessment skills on a series of well characterized core biopsies, collected from routine clinical practice, The collection has been enriched for cases showing HER2 scores 0, 1+ and 2+.

All cases have been scored by a pathologist specialised in breast cancer and rescored by digital image analysis using a CE-IVD certified AI-algorithm. Only cases showing score agreement have been used.

The module consist of the following elements

   *  A short questionaire
   *  A training set consisting of 4 selected cases
   *  A test set consisting of 46 selected cases
